Stonebrook Estate Vineyard

Stonebrook Estate is located in one of the world's premium wine growing regions, Margaret River in Western Australia.

We have a 19 acre vineyard with plantings of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc.

Our vineyard soil is rich loam over ironstone. In the warm summer months our location is keep cool by the maritime sea breeze coming from the near by Indian Ocean.

We harvest somewhere from the middle of February to the end of April. Depending on the ripening season.

Our "Small Block" chardonnay is always picked in early hours of the morning to ensure its flavours are preserved by the cool early morning temperature.

Our aim is to keep yields on the low side in order to receive optimum flavour in our grapes. This allows us to produce complex and flavoursome wines.
